Review Time
I love our treadmill and the fitness programs we have signed up to. The reason for my low review rating is purely down to how difficult it is to actually talk to someone about repairs or currently to discuss extending our manufactures warranty. I’ve eventually given up following several phone calls and emails.
You get what you pay for. It's very good and challenging (more if youbpay the suscription) but some workouts are labeled incorrectly. Draws a lot of power and every now and then it doesn't boot up correctly (either messing up the screen control or messing up the resistance/inclination mid workout).Considering all that, it's a 3/5. Worth it but might not renew nor buy again.
The newest update will not allow me to continuously override the trainer like the previously one did ( ie: no "follow the trainer" button) Now when I want to override the trainer, the speed I choose only stays until the trainer adjusts their speed and then I have to keep readjusting back to the speed that works for me. I know about smart adjust but that doesn't seem to work for me because of knee issues. I also cannot locate where I can select the type of music I want to listen to for the warm up/cooldown sections for before and after the main workouts
EVERYTIME I try to get on my treadmill and have a workout, I have to reboot the machine, or reload the program. It did not used to be this way. When I first got my iFit treadmill, it worked right away everytime. But not now. When it DOES work, I love the workouts and the trainers.
Anytime we’ve had an issue with our NordicTrack treadmill, iFit support, via the FB Page has always been very helpful and provided a fix every time. IFit is definitely our window on the world, and we LOVE every minute of our workouts!!!! Your collection of trainers, combined with the worldwide destinations they take us, is an unbeatable experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The equipment they have is great in quality. I would like to replace my bike with a newer one but too expensive at this time. The iFit is a great compliment to the equipment they sell. It still needs some improvement to link the app with the equipment a bit better but they are on the way.
