NordicTrack customer service could not be any worse. We have been on hold with them for over 3 hours on 4 separate occasions. We want to return the treadmill and they have basically refused to take it. Making excuse after excuse first saying that they would charge $500 for a treadmill that never worked. Then stating that they can’t pick it up unless it is on the ground floor even though they delivered it to the basement. We will never again purchase anything from them. It’s actually sad what has happened to this once good company.
We purchased a treadmill from Nordictrack. It did not work from the start. They provided a diagnosis of the problem over the phone. After waiting for 3 weeks for the part….it did not fix the problem. Now I am unable to contact customer service. Overall horrible experience.
Here is what everyone needs to know about Nordic Track. It was a great bike no doubt when we got it in 2020. However over time this bike has broken down on us several times. Most recently we have been waiting for over two months to get it fixed. Their customer service is the worst. Hold times of several hours and then no resolution. Finally paid $150 to have someone from NordicTrack to come out only to tell us he could not help us with the board that was out and had no solution. So currently we have no solutions except to sit on hold again and hope someone will ever answer. Stay away from NordicTrack in general they sell you and walk away. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Honestly one star is being overly generous.
OMG. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL NIGHTMARE. We bought a Commercial 2450 Treadmill recently. Over $3K spent. It's a beast to put together but we did it. After we finished, the track would stop and start. We called tech support and, after an hour on the phone, they decided the control board was bad. This is a brand-new machine, btw. She said a new part would be ordered. Great. We waited a week to call back. No part was ordered. Another hour on the phone to determine that they couldn't figure out how to order a new part! I'm on hold with the billing department to either come get this piece of junk or send us a new machine. I've been waiting an hour. The customer service is NON EXISTENT!! Don't sell equipment if you don't have people in place to help your customers!!! I don't blame the customer service reps. I blame the company for being cheap and short-sided.
This company delivered a treadmill and when the White Glove team arrived for assembly, they informed me that several components were broken. They place back in the shipping box and left. I have been trying to reach customer service for weeks. The few times I have gotten someone, they tell me that I have to pay them a return shipping fee and a restocking fee. For a defective product? Do not buy anything from Nordic Track.
Just got my new NordicTrac 1750 with 4 year extended support. Within the first week the control stop working. Tried calling support (iFit.com as directed) but you just sit in a waiting line for hours. Tried three times (each time waiting min 2hours) yet no one answers. Then tried chat, again they state hold on service rep will free up shortly but after 60 min the chat times out. Forget email as there is no email listed. So I called sales, thinking they took my money quickly they would certainly help me, HA! Was I wrong, just routed me back to support loop hole. File 4 support case I’ve the next 8days yet still response. 14 days have now passed without any return call or email from NordicTrac or iFit. Never again buying from this company!!!
My treadmill stopped working early January of this year. By February I was able to get a representative to trouble shoot over the phone to find out my console needs replacing. My treadmill is 1-1/2 years old and I only use it when needed. It’s now been 2 months and I haven’t received the part. They even said I would have to look at YouTube videos and replace it myself because they don’t have any techs. I paid over $3000 for this treadmill and paid extra for the extended warranty. By far the worse service and experience in my life. Regret buying this crap and won’t ever buy again including letting all friends and family to do the same! Be aware of this company and trust me don’t buy from them!
I purchased a $1800 treadmill on September 23, 2022 and the walking platform (under the belt) now have a crack. I called in a warranty repair on December 28, 2022. To this day my treadmill is inoperable and cannot get any resolution. I wish I would have read the many reviews prior to spending such money. You can never speak to someone, only communicate with a bot. Keep. Wing told the part is being built. At this point I just want my treadmill in working condition.
