I bought an elliptical norditrack 7sei. the console does not work even after resetting default company settings. It was easy to assemble. I like the product. What I don't like is the customer service. It is impossible to get through the phone system, they send you here and there, the instructions on the manual are not easy to follow. It has been almost 2 months and I have not been able to solve the problem. I got some e-mails directing me to a manual, but unable to speak to someone in person. Very frustrating. After this experience I will be very reluctant to purchase anything on line of this nature, and maybe not from norditrack.

Our experience at Nordictrack

(Our order number is NT1131136). On November 30th, 2022 we ordered Commercial 14.9 and Commercial 1750, after which they made a schedule for a certain date between 12-4pm. On this day, we specifically canceled all business and were waiting for our order. A day passed and we waited for 4 hours, no one delivered us anything and did not inform us. Then they made a schedule for us again the next day, they promised to bring us. As a result, we waited another 4 hours, no one called, delivered or reported. We began to call constantly and in response we heard only excuses and the fact that our items would be delivered to us in the near future. So there were 5-6 times when we were assigned delivery, we waited for 4 hours and nothing was called and nothing was delivered. At one point, an Eleptical Machine was delevered to us, a team of 3 people arrived, they did not know how to assemble this eleptical machine, they spent 3 hours assembling, reassembled 4 times, as a result, the eletptical machine was damaged and not properly assembled and the touchsreen was damaged. Our problem was blown up and they said that they would send a replacement and to this day they promise to bring us this product and nothing happens. As for Treadmill, it was brought to us a week ago, 2 people arrived when it was already dark, putting us in front of the fact that they can only at one time. Since we have a house and there is a gym on the second floor, they raised spare parts in stages. During the lifting of the parts, one of the guys broke our railing! After the showdown, they just took and left without collecting treadmill. They just threw a completely open treadmill, scattered spare parts around the house and completely soiled the goods. We started calling/dena an emails to the company again. Dirty items and completely open, as well as a lack of spare parts, apparently not proof for Norictrack to replace the items! As a result, we have been waiting for more than a month and no one has delivered anything to us! We waited more than 24 hours in total (5-6days) and spent a lot of time! The delivery company damaged our railings and Ifit offered us to sort it out on our own! Every week we hear a promise that everything will be delivered to us, but nothing happens and after a huge letter to the company, they just stopped responding to us! To be honest, this is the first time when we experience so many problems and inconveniences ordering goods. For example, the same Amazon never has problems with the delivery of goods and delivers everything competently and on time.A terrible Customer Service who mocks us and doesn't want to accept anything! This is our experience in this company!

Unacceptable customer service

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I purchased my elliptical machine. My complaint is the same as so many others. NordicTrack has no follow through with warranty or repairs. I have been waiting since November 2022 for a repair. The tech has come three different times only to say they ordered the wrong parts and he cannot complete the repair request. I have been waiting for six months to use my elliptical. For a company pledged to fitness, once they get payment they don't seem to care about personal fitness journey.

The worst company I've ever dealt with/faulty products

Our experience with this company couldn't be worse. We have had the most unreal experience that could almost be considered comical it's so unbelievable. I don't know if there are enough characters to allow for me to share our entire situation/experience but the short story would be that we spent SO much money with this company for our home gym. We paid for white glove delivery and they showed up more than 6 times with the wrong product(s). When they finally arrived with SOME of the correct pieces, they didn't call, didn't schedule, and most importantly weren't able to correctly assemble the products. We fought for months to receive an over $2,000 refund for a product that "couldn't be found" and for nearly a year have been dealing with an over $5,000 treadmill that has NEVER worked. We've had several repairmen come out to repair and replace parts, etc. and it's still not working. This company is unwilling to replace the machine or refund us for this faulty product. I've sent photos, videos, and poured my heart out to these people begging them to make this right. I even researched the owners/executives of the company and emailed them directly and received NO response. This has been such a poor experience. It has taken so much time away from my life, my family, and my job. This review merely scratches the surface of what we've been through dealing with them. We urge you not to purchase from them.

We ordered a $2,000 eliptical about two…

We ordered a $2,000 eliptical about two years back. They then called us to tell us that our eliptical was on back order, but they had an upgrade for us. We took the "upgrade" becaue we didn't want to wait the extra 60 days. Once the eliptical got here it was was a beast to put together, but I rather enjoy that part. Once it was put together it looked fine, but it was difficult to pedal or run on! As compared to a gym it was more like a stair climber, not an eliptical. We called and they came out to fix it, but once it was "fixed" the guys said it was just how the model worked. It was never going to be an easy turn around on it. We paid it off, and we have never used it. It is just sitting up in our family room taking up space. We have walked outside and biked more, but sadly we gave this company 2 grand or more for inferior equipment. Keep your money, and shop elsewhere!

Total Un professional service and quality of equipment Here is timeline of events 1. Purchased NordicTrack 2450 from Sports and Fitness exchange who lists nordictrack as there partners. 2. machine gets delivered after 3-4 weeks and has broken parts 3. took whole 3 months to receive parts. 4. Machine promises 1 year ifit individual membership. Does not include in receiving shipping and took another 6 months to get. 5. in 8 months from purchase, machine belts starts to slip and does not get fixed after lubrication. 6. In another 15 days belt is broken and after opening motor shroud realize that motor assembly is sideloped ( there was no physical marks of force which could have done this but looked like manufecturing falt.) 7. contacted sports and fitness exchange and showed pictured and they said Nordic track should fix it in warrenty of frame which is lifetime ( 25 years). 8. Nordictrack however denied to fix it saying that sport and fitness exchange are not legal distributors of Nordictrack. Email from Sports and Fitness exchange Good Afternoon,We are ICON's top Liquidator in the country all of our items that are NordicTrack and ProForm are purchased directly from the manufacturer. As stated before, your order date is out of our 90 Day Warranty Policy.
