Review Time
I like watching Netflix on the treadmill but unfortunately Amazon Prime is EXTREMELY glitchy. Please add in all other streaming apps like MAX, Paramount, and Spectrum TV.In the non-beta version I LOVED the Google Maps function but I am super sad that it is missing in the streaming version of the software.It would be amazing if there were games that could be played by running that involved keeping your heart rate at a certain amount or doing different speeds/inclines.
I bought this in January 2022.On the internet it says the motor has a 10 year warranty. But my motor failed in less than 3 years. They say the motor has a 2 year warranty. They are charging me $250 for service and $350 for the motor.I will never buy this product again. I don't think there is a motor these days that fails in less than 3 years.
I like the quality of the equipment. I do not like the touch screen. It is extremely slow and sometimes hard to select work out. To end warm up screen never works, you have to wait the whole three minutes before you can start your work out. I use this equipment in my gym room, so I am usually warmed up before using the treadmill. It also keeps dropping the WiFi, which is ony eight feet away.
I like the variety of workouts, intensity options and landscapes. Not loving the new Home Screen. Previously I could engage in a series but choose out of sequence runs based on the time I had available. Now it will only run sequentially— very frustrating
I can’t afford an upgrade and am finding more glitching than in the past. I am also dropping b workouts - meaning I put in the work but they don’t register,I also got a used pro form bike (older model) that has an iFit button but won’t register workouts.I paid a lot of money and because I can’t upgrade I feel penalized. I am not sure I’ll renew at this it s point. Fitness should be accessible to all. My investment in myself should not be less regarded than the person who ca. afford a $2K treadmill if bike.Getting increasingly more discouraged as time goes by and tech support never seems to be online when I’m actually home dnd can be in front of the machine.
I have owned this for a little over a month and I upgraded from the nordictrack T7.5S so this definitely a highly recommended choice. The softer cushioned for impact has made the workout nicer on my knees and feet as it does not hurt you up like some of the older style treadmills.This treadmill took about 2 hours to put together but the instructions were easy to follow and understand and I was really impressed with the good quality tools it came with. The touch screen was very easy to use and super user friendly and was a huge hit for my tech savvy youths. I also liked that there was a button on the side to turn it off other than unplugging it so there was no issues with my younger kids trying to turn on the machine and possibility of getting hurt. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
