I love the NORD products for their ingenuity, convenience and amazing fragrances. I have also had an excellent experience with their customer service. I recently reached out with a minor concern that was dealt with quickly and smoothly - Reina was fantastic, supportive and quick! I am very impressed and look forward to more NORD products :-)
This is my favourite accessory. I now have 2 cases- I travel a lot and find the scents fantastic, so much so that I’ve stopped using other perfumes. After a problem with one of my cases, Reina solved the issue very fast, the customer service was very personal and efficient, and was followed up. I feel valued as a customer and look forward to more scents/ products from Nord.
The whole concept from NORD is very innovative and the products are very well made(ordered only one fragrance yet but will surely order more);they have a great costumer service and my question was fast answered (thanks to Reina from the customer service 👍)
I had a great experience shopping with NORD. The webshop is very clean, easy to navigate, and the ordering process was completely uncomplicated.I did run into some issues with the delivery where my package seemed to be lost, but Reina from customer service was incredibly helpful. She responded very quickly and was so friendly while resolving the issue—thanks to her, I received my package after all!The packaging itself looks very high-quality and premium. Even before opening the box, I could smell the awesome scents inside. I’m very happy with my purchase and the top-tier support!
The Royal Mail misdelivered my package, and I was not able to recover the delivery. Reina on the customer service team was super friendly and helpful, and was kind enough as to arrange for a re-delivery which was this time successful!The scents are great, if slightly faint, but that is to be expected I suppose from this different technique of cologne application. I would probably say that it needs to be reapplied every 1-2 hours for the scent to remain noticeable, but I'm happy with that particularly given the sleek and portable packaging.
The product is pocket size, the smell is incredible and overall I'm happy to carry it around wherever I go. Even tough there was some problems with delivery during christmas time, Reina was very kind and helpful to help me have a replacement.
