First there was a BiG delay on the shipment, i waited like 2 weeks and the i wrote to Club Nord, and Reina wrote back and together, we found out that the shipment was lost, like lost..it was sent, but dont worry Nord fixed it , and send me a new packet free, and this came all the way, to Denmark .. and today i got it, and IT was fantastic .. nice packet in and super quality made product, and the smell I F.... luv it ... Great Work Nord.
Very good experience with product and costumer service. First order never arrived and service reached out to send a replacement order that arrived in timely fashion! Reina was very cordial and professional the whole time when helping with the misplaced order & replacement!!
Nord fragrance smells so great, and the color of the cases are fantastic. I ordered from them before, a couple years back and they have improved so much. The customer service is also great as soon as I noticed an issue with the order and informed them, Reina a repsentative from their customer service, helped me out and made sure my package arrived. I would definitely order from them again.
I will write a short review, the product is very good as advertised, the scents are all great although i have found my favourite, Pepper party is indeed a party, i love it, i bough 2 bundles one for me and one for the birthday of my friend and he really likes it too. I cant thank enough Reina from customer service for the quick replies and help provided, i had a small problem with the delivery, the packet was kind of lost but then it was found and in the end i got it with everything inside. Nothing to do with NORD itself. I was offered a replacement right away but in the end it was not needed. 5/5 for customer service there. The product is also 5/5 for me and my friend, i will definitely buy re-fills when needed.
I ordered just before Xmas hoping for a last minute delivery which didn’t materialise despite tracking being initiated However Reina at customer services understood my frustration when several weeks later there was still no delivery and re issued my order promptly and without fuss
