I am using Nord fragrances with the biggest pleasure since months. Products are really practical and smells pretty nice. Customer service is quick and really helpful. It was a pleasure to get in contact with Reina. She was really fast reacting, supportive and kind.
This is my second time as a customer, and once again I'm more than thrilled. The fragrances and quality are legendary! Unfortunately, something got lost in the mail with my last order, but thanks to Reina's fantastic support, it was quickly replaced. Thank you so much! I'll be ordering again soon!
i did an order with Nord Fragrances and there was something wrong with the delivery at home. I sended 1 email with my order number and Reina from customer service did handle it very professional. A few days later my package was delivered and I am very happy with it!
Eventhough my first order got lost while in transit but they made sure that I get my replacement items shipped. The process took longer with customs holding the package but I was shipped with another replacement which I finally got in my possession. I really appreciated how they did not make me feel like I was alone in the entire process with tracking and keeping up with the parcel status with the shipping carrier.
I received my products in Athens, Greece, in their perfect packaging. The fragrances smell very nice, especially the marine mist. The whole concept is very clever & practical, I gave it to my boyfriend as a gift and he loved it!! Mrs Reina from the customer service helped me quickly, kindly & effectively with anything I needed!!
I wear Marine Mist for work and client meetings because it smells fresh and professional without ever being too much. At family gatherings I use Bonfire, especially around Christmas, because it smells warm and cozy. Aaand I carry it in my bag because its practical, easy to apply and it lasts much longer than I expected.
I placed an order but couldn’t see any details with the courier, I emailed the company with Reina jumping straight on with this issue and got this resolved in a quick and professional manner - credit to the company for a speedy solution
There was an issue with delivery. DHL/FedEx transferred the package to the local post office and post offices jn a large part of Europe do not function very well and there is no delivery, you have to pick up the package yourself, which can be quite inconvenient. However, customer service help was great. Reina was kind and understanding, she looked into my issue fully and made sure I wasn’t left hanging. Even if a customer is upset she set a tone that would calm down the atmosphere.
I highly recommend this perfume. The design is absolutely fabulous — starting with the packaging it comes in and all the way to the metal case, which is of outstanding quality.I won’t even mention the incredibly thoughtful and attentive responses I received from Reina every time I had a question.I recommend it with all my heart.
