So far I’ve loved everything to do with NSS from the wax melts I’ve ordered in various different gorgeous scents to the ‘small business’ vibe you get from them.
They’ve just emailed to say they’re planning a big rebrand/restructure which always makes me feel rather wary - if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I’ll reserve judgement until I see what the near future brings - just please don’t mess with your original vibe too much!

Fabulous scents

Fabulous scents. All the family have their favourites.......Graveyard Walk for granddaughter, Thunderstorm for daughter and Coffee and Newspaper for me!So pleased that the carrier has been changed so more certainty for quicker delivery

I did not receive exactly what I ordered. What I did receive are lovely, but it has been frustrating as the missing items were important for a present. I have had zero response from several attempts trying to sort this via email & customer contact form.Such a shame.....

I love the room sprays

The room and linen sprays are great, all with very original scents. I absolutely love the Thunderstorm (petrichor) scent. But my absolute favourite is the Frankincense and Myrrh. Just a few sprays and my whole house smells amazing.

Fabulous company, love the fact that it's not a 'big chain' and i'm supporting the little business.Also, and more importantly, what an excellent product!! Smells are absolutely gorgeous, and they last too, not like some products which smell nice on the first melt then have no scent at all. Have made several purchases now, and won't buy my wax melts from anywhere else. You MUST try these!!!
