Worst experience w a business....over 70 days still only received half of the 2 piece order 75 days later...company hasn't communicated about the order in about 30 days..lack of knowledge of wuts is going on with order..playing games about the order after receiving payment....
Emailed multiple times to get tracking information and no one was able to tell me when it would ship. Originally said within 10 days. It took 18 days to receive.
I think the $59 flat fee shipping was over charging for the small item I ordered. I will not use this site again nor will I recommend it to any of my clients as I own a chimney/fireplace business. Sent an email to get a refund and return this item and no response.
The customer service was subpar. It took days even weeks to get a response. Once we ordered we were told that there wasn’t any in stock so they would have to add an additional shipping cost of 100.00 to the order. At the time we were never notified it was delivering it just showed up. It was sandwiched between to full sized pallets it was completely overkill on the packaging. A month after delivery we received notifications that it was delivering. We were worried we were going to get charged again. We didn’t. It was just a delay in the notification. I would not purchase from them again. The product is good. Customer service was horrible and it was a hassle to work with them. We would find something local next time.
I purchased a hard-to-find item that was delayed by the manufacturer. The company kept me informed about the situation, actively followed up with the manufacturer, and successfully delivered the product to me. Their professionalism throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated.
The flame looks nothing like what was depicted in the images. I wasted $1000 on a subpar product. I regret not investing a bit more for something of higher quality. I am confident that the issue isn't with the gas pressure, as my LP gas pressure is at 14.59wc.
I ordered spray paint for DV stove pipe. It never made it to me in New York. It got flagged by UPS for not being properly labeled. Which is crazy because I paid $56 for shipping. I assumed the high cost was due to it being paint. I received an email saying I could pick it up in New Hampshire, 2.5 hours away. You can't talk to anyone there! You can speak with an outside agent. I spoke to a lovely woman in a foreign country who probably didn't know NH even exist. Let alone that it is 2.5 hrs away from me. 2 Weeks no refund, I am calling my credit card to dispute the charges. Buyer beware!!!
We purchased a pellet stove locally and realized we can’t install it until we have a certain chimney pipe piece. We placed an order 6 days ago now and it has yet to even be finalized by the warehouse. Seeing reviews on their website about quick shipping made me think it was going to be the same for us. I have a newborn and we don’t have heat until we have this pipe. It’s been getting around 40 degrees at night outside and 50’s during the day. The customer service lady was nice though and answered promptly but couldn’t exactly help to get this shipped quicker.
