I enquired about a mini clubman estate, I had asked for a video and other related ? S. I was dealing with Wayne who has over 40 years experience and he dealt with my inquiries efficiently with no pressures at all, which made such a difference to me, Wayne was extremely helpful and went beyond and above to get the information I had asked for even out of his working hours as I messaged him on WhatsApp, he kept me up to date with all relevant information and service getting done etc I live 7 hrs away from the centre which made no difference as I was confident everything be done thst I had asked for and about My friend collected my car today to drive home for me and I was sent a departure video entailing everything inside and where all things are and the navigation and phone connection and the outside of the car , it was spotless inside and out , I cannot fault the service I received from my first enquiry to today and having the 3 years warranty is just brilliant, can’t wait to see my car later today , thanks again Wayne for everything much appreciated 26/01/2026
I purchased a Ford Kuga from this company in November 2025. Within the first week, the car broke down.Breakdowns can happen, but the real issue was the aftercare. Phone calls were not returned, recovery and repair collections were booked and then no one turned up, and I was repeatedly given information that turned out not to be true. Communication was poor throughout, and I constantly had to chase for updates.Due to the ongoing issues and lack of support, I was left with no option but to reject the vehicle. Even after rejecting it, I then had to chase for my deposit to be returned, which only added to the frustration.This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before dealing with this company.
Purchased a car last year. (Golf GTD) The vehicle had a gearbox issue and after months of stress it was returned under warranty although they tried everything to avoid refunding me. Months on the vehicle/logbook was kept in my name and I received fines due to no insurance and tax although the vehicle was returned months prior.James had agreed they were responsible for these fines however isn't willing to pay for them or even speak to me when I call.He advised I would need to appeal with the court, which is a lengthy process and would also then mean I would have to attend court months down the line to plead our innocence, which would of course cause loss of earnings. Stay well away from these guys!Faulty cars and rubbish customer service.
Purchased a vehicle just prior to Christmas, communication pre collection was great.However as soon as I paid for and collected the car various problems were evident.Sadly I've had no response which is a shame given it was a Christmas present and it's disappointing being ignored.Car has the following faults:1. Wrong mirror glass fitted, from a later facelift car, blind spot monitoring error on dash.2. Coolant cap split, error on dash low coolant level, unable to top up as the cap is split and cannot be removed. Someone has previously tried to remove it and damaged it.3. Only 1 x rear door locks, all other doors won't lock.4. Drivers heated seat doesn't work.5. Missing battery cover under bonnet.Given the lack of any response I'll likely be returning the car for a full refund shortly and will buy another one elsewhere.
