Ordered what appeared to be a beautiful leather handbag only for it to arrive extremely late and without a hint of leather.Requested full refund to be offered 10% or a complex returns where I had to pay shipping with no guarantee of the product making it back for a full refund….do not touch!!!
This is scam. I bought a coat which is thin, has a fake pockets and is nothing as described on the website. It is so cheap looking! It was supposed to arrive within 5 days, but was delivered after 2 weeks as it came from China, even though shop is registered in Slovakia.I'm trying to return the item but they don't want to provide return details and advising that it might get lost on the way so I won't be getting the money back. It is a return to China and the cost of the return are on the customer's side!!! Never buy from this company as this is tricky and it is a scam! Lost money for nothing!
*SCAM* Nouvar clothing. Please do not purchase from this company, I strongly advise you to save your time and energy. They DO NOT refund, you can keep the item as a gesture of good will!! Well, it's only fit for a charity I would say, or dusters in the house to clean with. I blame myself for thinking that the pictures would look like the item. VERY disappointed. I actually feel ill right now for losing money. Very sad and feel the company should close their doors. I have to give one star, but would happily not give any. You are asked to send through photos of yourself in the garment to explain just why you don't feel it is worth keeping. On another note, if you opt for the 10% refund they are doing well on a £50 purchase, they must be making an absolute fortune!! Clever business huh, two pounds to make the item, fifty to sell it and then five pounds refunded!! Congratulations Nouvar!! I see they have replied with a standard 'I am sorry to hear message' just as my notification for a £5 refund has been completed!!
Avoid, Avoid.This company are no more than crooks. The item I bought was so far below an acceptable standard it was laughable. Their no hassle returns policy is a joke, items have to be returned to China at your expense. With that option comes all the warning is that it may get lost in transit or at customs, in other words it will disappear. After much arguing I had to accept a 20% refund so I am now seriously out of pocket and my item is in the bin. I wouldn't even give it to the charity shop.Avoid this company please, just wish I'd read the reviews first.
Ordered a fur winter hat from Nouvar in September. Was a little concerned it wasn't going arrive after reading some negative reviews. My parcel did arrive & I'm more that happy with my purchase. I had sent a couple of emails worrying it was a scam, but received some lovely messages back. Just shows we must be more patient waiting for parcels.So, thank Nouvar & I wish you success & happiness for the future.
Don't buy from these guys. Item was cheap and when returning, had to be sent to China.Their website states they are in Slovakia (Eastern Europe), however on checking Google Earth, it is a hardware store in that location.The China return is an expensive gimmick where Nouvar are clearly misrepresenting by NOT stating that returns are to China.
Scam website, don't buy from them. Bought two bags and one broke after 5 days. I emailed them and what they offered was basically in direct conflict with UK laws for long distant sales. Of course I did not check Trustpilot before buying. Got a response but in their returns policy they say no problem you will get a full refund but actually as the other people have stated they offer you 10% refund keep the poor quality goods, then 20% keep poor quality goods, or get a refund in full as a credit to get more poor quality goods. I have gone to the international centre of commerce because this company is not in the UK and so we have no protection. The BEST ADVICE is DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
I bought a blouse from them in my usual size it was far too small and flimsy. They offer a hassle free refund. It has been anything but that. Continuously giving options to avoid the refund. Then you find their fulfilment centre is based in China. So returning is costly as well as the delay.Better off shopping locally.The company is a sham.
