The pajamas were advertised as silk but arrived as 100% polyester, with mismatched sizes. When I contacted the support team, I was informed that returns had to be sent to their distribution hub in China at my own expense, along with a vague warning about potential customs charges. In short, this platform provides low-quality products with no feasible return options. The negative reviews seem to be accurate. Never again.
The product images and descriptions on the website are completely misleading; they claim to offer quality goods, but they are actually low-quality. The delivery time is excessively long, and the customer service seems designed to make you give up on your complaints. After expressing dissatisfaction with my initial order, I reluctantly accepted a 'store credit' to choose other items. CHECK THEIR RETURNS POLICY BEFORE ORDERING!! The second order was equally disappointing. Everything will be donated to a local charity, as I can’t justify my £72 spend.
I am very disappointed with the item I received; it was advertised as leather but was cheap plastic at best. When I requested a return label for a refund, I was given three options: store credit, a 10% refund while keeping the poor-quality item, or shipping it back to China at my own cost. I would strongly advise against using this website as they are clearly taking advantage of customers.
Like many others, I regret my decision to buy from this site. The products are cheap and of poor quality, nothing like the pictures. I attempted to return them, but they keep offering partial refunds or store credit, which I don’t want, as I have no intention of buying more low-quality clothes. You CANNOT return items as they insist on shipping them back to China, where they may be held by customs indefinitely.
This was my first purchase from this platform, and I found the ordering process to be very straightforward. They kept me updated on the delivery status, and I appreciated the friendly emails that made me feel valued as a customer. The item, a fur hat, arrived today and is absolutely beautiful. I will certainly be looking for more items on the site. Well done, a fantastic new company. Thank you!
If could give Nouvar -1star I would.Place my order on the 28th October, and still haven't received the order. When I reached out to them they sent the order to my old address.They acknowledged by email that there was a glitch in their system and the old address was used to send the order to the delivery company, however, since it is marked as delivered they cannot issue me with a refund and that I need to call the delivery company for "the delivery" company to retrieve the item!I have reached out to my bank to dispute the payment. Very disappointed!!
This is one big scam! Read this review as ZERO star! I ordered a purple blouse from nouvar to use on a planned outfit girls holiday. It said item will be delivered using standard Royal Mail and I had a little over 2 weeks so I ordered it. They didn't even ship until the day before my trip! I returned yesterday and struggled to find how to return. You have to send an email. I did this and even though I've so far sent 4 emails, a person called Olivia Carter keeps telling me about store credit and how their fulfilment centre is in China so my parcel can get held up blah blah blah! I've already told her I will inform everyone of their scam! Their website claims 30 day return policy but that is clearly a BIG FAT LIE! Don't spend your money on this site. Its a complete SCAM! They don't want to take returns so that policy is clearly a scam! I will report to trading standards too. This website should be shut down!
