DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I made the mistake of ordering without doing my research. I have had the same experience as many , cheap tat at inflated prices Looked nothing like the pics and refuse to pay return postage ( to china ) even though I didnt get what I ordered . So angry , would definitely leave a zero star rating if I could
Absolutely disgusting that this company is still in business. The previous reviews say it all. Products are nothing like they are represented on the website and the returns process is indeed a big hassle and expensive - not what they advertise on their website as 'hassle free returns'. Should be shut down. Do not buy from these fraudsters.
THIS IS A SCAM. I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT DRESS TO WHAT I ORDERED AND ONLY OFFERED A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER ORDER. AVOID! Seriously a scam!! RETURNED THE DRESS BUT THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY RECEIVED IT BACK.
Their clothes are made in china and look totally different and cheap in person. Not only that, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to return an item. I had to spend 20 pounds to return after multiple / long email thread to get the details on return. Never ever would shop here again
Do not buy from this company! Product is sub standard looks nothing like the item advertised on their site. I tried to return my unwanted item - back to CHINA - with Auspost. Tracking indicated it arrived in China and sat in customs for 19 days when I lodged an enquiry with AusPost The response - the addressee (Nouvar) has been contacted to pay a small customs fee before the returning item will be sent on to their address. This request was sent to Nouvar nearly 3 weeks ago.. Obviously Nouvar don’t want to accept the returned item, would rather keep the money I paid when purchasing. Obviously the goods are not worth the money I paid and requested they refund. This company is fraudulent - sub standard goods, no refund, lies lies and more lies. Do not buy from Nouvar ever!
Do not order from here. The products are not what you see online. The quality is so poor and you can't even get a refund!£60 I spent on boots that said were leather. They were plastic!!! I can't even get a refund they said i have to pay to return them and they are in China and that the parcel would probably get held in customs. I should have done my research. Do not order its daylight robbery!!!!
I would give minus if I could. I tried to cancel my order within a few hours after reading reviews. They would not allow it. I received the coat. It cost over £60 and it’s so flimsy and cheap, it looks awful and wouldn’t keep you warm. I tried to return and they refused asking for pictures, then it was a nightmare as they wouldn’t give me their refund process. In the end I accepted 10% back and to keep the awful coat. Do not use this company, it’s a rip off and a scam.
Customer service were very supportive as I did freak out when I realised that the blazer I was purchasing was being shipped from outside the UK as the thought of having to return it if it didn’t meet the quality of the description worried me. However I was really impressed. Well worth the money and glad I was encouraged give them a chance. Would purchase from them again
If I could give it no stars I would.Please don’t buy from this website.The clothes are badly made, poor quality material and took 3 weeks to arrive. If you want to return it you have to send it back to China with no guarantee it will get there.They do offer you credit but the items are so awful you won’t want to buy anything else.
