I spent $40. It showed 'downloading,' but nothing happened. I explained the issue, and they requested details like OS version and app logs for troubleshooting. I provided the information three times but have been completely ignored! They have my money, and I've gained nothing but wasted time.
Using version 1.15.32, I found that after YouTube made a change, the downloader stopped working. Typically, after a Friday, it won't function until an update arrives. If you're unlucky, a new YouTube update may come out before the software updates, leaving you stuck. When it works, it's fine, but it often doesn't—very frustrating!
For several days, I haven't been able to download any videos and keep receiving the message: 'Error 4001.' Nothing works, not even other browsers. I have the latest update. When will this downloader function again? Now I see 'Error 1000.' It's very disappointing.
