Review Time
I received the Sauna back in September 2023 and have been using it 3 times a week since. I have had no issues with the heater and enjoy the performance of the sauna. I did reach out to the company back in September after their website went offline while they were performing upgrades and they quickly responded and provided the information I was looking for. Overall I am happy with the product and service I have received and I am looking to get more of their products.
I bought a sauna and ice bath in February. I have been constantly using the plunge and love every second of it. I keep the tub outside in harsh Wisconsin winters and it has held up well. The sauna works wonders. I keep it inside in the winter but will take it outside this Spring/Summer.
Fraudulent company claiming their "sauna" has any health benefit at all while it can't reach the temperature all the studies recommend which is 80 degrees Celsius. It's a hotbox.Google "sauna study temperature cardiovascular/mortality". or any study done sauna that is published.Sue this company if you can, liars who knows marketing.EDIT: They claim the maximum temperature is 130 Celsius which is a lie. Not even their own website says that
