Review Time
I have used the steam sauna about a dozen times. I have been happy with it. I upgraded my sauna to have red light therapy. The strand of lights looks like a short string of Christmas lights powered by battery. The lights only last a couple of uses. I wish I had not upgraded the lights and saved the money. The ice bath has an image of the ice bath with a cover, mine did not come with the cover.
*EDITED* After leaving this review I was contacted by Josh at Nurecover who wanted to help me out and rectify this issue. They offered some alternatives to help with my damaged tub and in the end offered to replace it entirely. Also explained how they are working on an improved lid to stop my issue. I have to say this is first class customer service and I'm really glad they reached out. Hopefully no issues with my new one and this can be put down to a one off! I purchased an Ice Bath in January and whilst it was life changing in terms of benefits, the quality of the product is quite poor. The bottom has filled with water somehow and I'm unable to drain this part. The lid is constantly weighed down by the smallest of rainfall allowing all sorts of bugs, slugs etc to make there way inside. The lid also deflates most days and I've recently discovered two small holes in it rendering it unable to serve any function at all. Having noted in the T&Cs that small holes aren't covered by any warranty I was left unable to get any help with it. Overall it was a good starting point but I've had to invest in a better quality one to have any sort of longevity. Three months isn't an awful long time for something to last for the price.
Top of the steamer pot basically shattered/disintegrated during second use. Further, the red light therapy - a roll of LED light ribbon - does not turn on. I have tried multiple sets of batteries and nothing. I have sent emails to customer service that have not been returned. No resolution to my issues. I basically bought a $300 tent.
Love my Steam Sauna and Ice Pod. Sadly the Steam unit started throwing up “ER1” after only a few uses. Messaged support with a photo and within 24hrs, a replacement steam unit has been shipped free of charge. Things can always go wrong from time to time, but having a support team on hand like this that can make things happen the right way makes a huge difference - thanks to Syed in support, highly recommended.
