I had a great experience with this company. My ice bath ripped during -40 weather in Canada due to the ice expanding. I called them and they replaced my ice bath. Absolutely top tier service. Customer service answered right away when I called and kis was really sweet and helpful. 5 stars
Very poor experience of buying the home sauna. Advertised as delivery within 5 days, in reality took a month, no updates from customer support who I assume are based in China. This all put me off with the other reviews so returned. One week later still waiting for a refund. Beware the product is shipped from China and doesn’t have a customer support team in UK.
I love my Sauna. I found a discount code to use without the ice bath (which I wouldn’t use) it came to just under £200.I use it daily- sometimes twice. I do between 20-40mins and that’s all my body can manage with how hot I get. It’s been 3weeks and I don’t have a bad word to say. The height specs are definitely wrong- I’m 5’8” and although I can stand comfortably no one any taller would be able to. So not 6’1”.I bought a stool to replace the small foldable chair, which is a great chair- I just prefer more height so I can look out the window and watch a movie while I steam- also being higher naturally it’s hotter. Only takes 10/15mins to heat up. I am one happy boy.
I bought the portable ice bath with tight cover and carry bag in April 2023. I am very happy of it, the size is perfect for my needs. I added insulation around it to be more effective keeping the water cold during the summer, and preventing it to freeze during the winter, with a pump, a filter and ozone, my set up is perfect! I am very happy of their after-sales service too, they solve my problem of a leak inside the first year of use. I really recommend this product and company!
Overpriced but does what it says it should. I checked out the steamer and the unit online from separate companies and you can purchase the exact same products for over half the price. I'm hoping the saving grace will be customer service if it happens to go wrong.
