I ordered a replacement cover for my tub because wind blew it off. 3 weeks later, still no cover. I emailed customer service and they found the delivery time odd as well and couldn't locate it. So they sent a new one and it arrived within 2 weeks.
Terrible. I requested to cancel the order due to concerns, prior to shipping. My messages we not attended to until a week after it arrived. So I tried the product with intent of keeping it however it was not functioning as promised. They advertise 100 day money back guarantee however that is only if you don’t open it. Which is not a product warranty.
They charged me for a extra ice bath that came free with it and have spent the last month trying to get my refund back and I’m told they are taking care of it and been over a month . Not happy with customer service. Thanks Ron wright
A lot of misleading information on the site about the product. The sauna heater does not heat up to 185 degrees F (the website claims 185 is 65C, which is not true. 185 F is 85 C). The heating unit has a max heat setting of 70 C, which is only 158 F. Most "real" saunas heat to a minimum of 160 F. The setup instructions and parts list in the manual don't match the unit itself. The setup instructions are therefore useless, and you have to figure out how to setup the unit yourself. The website lists the unit as having a base of 40" x 48" -- more bad information. The base is 40" x 40", which works, but it is a tight fit for one person plus the heater. The sauna is a good idea, but poor execution and misleading information on the website.
