Unfortunately my sauna was not what I expected it. My brother bought his and it had worked very well; however, mine was liking water at the beginning and I had to contact customer service on 12/10/2024. A new tent was sent (after several back and forth), then the pill was not working the water comes down instead of going up. Then I received the pill and out of the blue the steamer stopped working and the sauna is not getting hot/warm (plus a very burning smell was coming out). Until now I received the replacement and my purchase was made on 11/14/2024.

Ships from the most remote area of China?

I’m still waiting on my order that was placed over a month ago. It’s obviously coming from China but why does it take over a month? I’d rather pay more for something made in the USA that arrives much sooner.

as advertised

everything came in as advertised, easy setup and has been great for almost a year now. Being able to transition the ice pod and sauna has helped with circulation and inflammation.

Nurecover for the win!

After doing research for weeks I decided to pick up the Nurecover Pod Pro + Chiller! To my amazement I received the Pro Chiller so I was ecstatic! I’ve only given this a 4 star and not a 5 star is because some of the connectors aren’t the best you can get out there.
