Took the plunge and got the pro version. The instruction need to be improved as well as the seatBut apart from that pleased with my purpose and am thinking I should get the ceramic heater to add to the steam I have been using and reaping the benefits of relaxing a tired body after work
The sauna is great when its working but the steamer doesn't last. They replaced the first steamer that just stopped working after about 5 months and now the 2nd one has stopped working after about 3 months. I haven't messaged them for another replacement but hoping they give me one. Pretty disappointing that a product can't even last 6 months
Worried but then satisfied.I ordered a cold plunge and chiller from Nurecover. The chiller I received worked one day and then quite. I had seen some videos folks had posted of having trouble communicating with customer service. I am happy to say my experience was very different. The responses were fast to my problems and I received a new chiller within a few weeks. And my body thanks Nurecover for their great work!
The packaging was good. No broken parts, really easy to setup. It does really well inside, not as well outside on the patio. Great product, definitely recommend for interior use. It does leak on the bottom after use with the condensation collected. Towel use is highly recommended underneath the sauna.
Very disappointed in these products. I asked for a refund, instead i recieve daily emails on promoting said products. The steamer doesn't reach a high enough heat so you get a sauna heater to raise temperature. You can not combine the steamer and heater one or the other. The heater has melted and warped the inside, the infrared lights are nothing more than a cheap set of tape lights. The chair extremely uncomfortable and the metal on the chair gets hot enough to burn your skin.
