UPDATE: Customer service reached out to send me hoses. I also explained the chiller did not cool but to 60 degrees. It has been almost a week since a response has been received even though I have sent multiple messages. I just want people to know do not expect much from this company. Also “Mark” who replied to my comment has not yet reached out at all. BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this company. I wish I would have done more research before buying. Their customer support is slow to respond and not that I have received my items they will not respond at all. The chiller does not chill the water and leaks at all the connections, even though I even applied plumbers tape. When trying to do a return, not only do you have to pay for shipping, there is a restocking fee. A complete scam of a company and now I am out a lot of money. Please learn from my mistake.
Like the price. Products and assembly instructions are from China so very hard to follow. Hoses with the chiller leaked. After I changed the parts with parts from Lowe's everything is good. Shipping time is terrible also. They advertise 2-3 day shipping. It's closer to a month or two shipping because it comes from China.
The product is advertised as a sauna heater, but it is clearly a space heater. The timer can only be set for 2 hour, 4 hour, and 8 hour intervals. A sauna timer typically ranges from 1 to 60 minutes. The heat is measured in Celsius. The temperature is supposed to get up to 85 degrees. Yet, after about a week of testing mine only goes up to 68 degrees Celsius. The heater is bulky for a portable sauna space. The product does heat up very fast. I don't know what the EMF levels are.
The Nurecover team has been extremely responsive and helpful in resolving my inquiries. The team quickly answered my emails and provided me with the answers I needed to get up and running. Could not have asked for a better overall experience.
Future buyer beware. By far the worst response time I have ever experience from their customer service. I requested my 15% discount. I was first informed that I would receive a credit. A week later, I wrote back to customer service since I did not receive my credit. A week later, the same person responded that I could not receive the refund since I received the free ice bath. Essentially, it was not free. I am still awaiting return instructions as all the items have not been used and remain in their original packing. I can only imagine how bad their response time will be if I had operational issues.
