Customer Service Lacking

After not receiving my Nutrafol product (under almost a month later) and the poor customer service I received, I decided to write a one star review on Trustpilot dated July 16, 2025. Nutrafol replied with this statement, "Hi Karen, We are so sorry to hear of your recent customer experience and we'd love to make it up to you. Please reach out to Nutrafol so that we can follow up and work together for an adequate solution." Worthless product

I am extremely disappointed in having spent over $200 on Nutrofol. This product is absolutely worthless!! I saw no results whatsoever after using this product and I took it every day as recommended. Buyer beware!!

I've been taking about 4 months now. Lots of money spent but I'm not seeing results. Still needing to use fibers to cover scalp. I'll give another month or two to see if I just take longer
