I've been using this product for five years, and my hair has never looked better. I went from losing hair to having a full head of vibrant, healthy curls. Not only is my hair full, but it's also long. I recommend it to all my friends, and even my partner has started using it.
I think being hypothyroid and menopause was the cause of my hair thining. I have been using Nutrafol for years and still have hair. I take it regularly and feel it that is working. The only way to know for sure would be to stop taking it and I am not willing to do that!!

To be honest, I don’t see much of a difference in my hair growth or thickness. I am going strong on my 3rd yr of taking Nutrafol and wondering ‘what if’ I never started this journey and if my hair would be the same way or has Nutrafol just kept my hair at a steady state.
The product seems to have an effective util date. It seems to have stopped working and my hair is not growing longer or thicker. I've been using for a few years and stopped for one year last year while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. It seems to not be doing anything for my hair any more.
