Review Time
It has been five star up until you started using UNI UNI for deliveries. Twice the driver has literally thrown the package up to my door instead of placing the package at the door. The pain on my front door was damaged and no one at Uni Uni seems to care. I have complained twice to them and twice to Nutrafol
I enjoyed speaking to a doctor about my recommendations. And the person I spoke to about my hair analysis. I find that the product is quite expensive. I have been using it for about 10 months and I just don’t see a lot of improvement with my hair growth.
Nutrafol gave me my hair back. Every experience with anyone in the company has been positive, generous, & very helpful. Customer Service is easy to get to and always, as I said, helpful. I have been a customer for a little over 3 years & I will continue to be a customer; there is a whole range of products & resources that I have yet to discover.

I was having a very difficult time and the representative was so kind and accommodating and in a few days- I received a surprise gift! I can’t tell you how much that extra kindness meant to me!!How refreshing to have a company that cares about it customers! You definitely have a loyal customer here!
I ordered on September 28, received tracking information the next day. They use some delivery company called ACI-Logistics, clearly a low bid contractor. Tracking shows no movement since it was received at their facility two days after the order was placed. Nutrafol apparently only reviews claims 7 days after the last tracking update. Got two copies of the same email from someone else in the company saying something different. Customer Service is horrible. Most places would have sent out a new order, but I guess they're not interested in retaining business.
I called to pause my membership due to the government shutdown. I’m a federal employee who is furloughed. I noticed the charge go through the first morning of the shutdown which felt like bad timing since I didn’t know when I’d be getting paid again. Although I doubted my payment would be reversed I figured I’d give it a shot. When I called and was connected with Courtney from customer service. Courtney was extremely kind, empathetic and professional. She told me she was in fact able to void or reverse the charge and also offered to pause/cancel my membership for the time being. I was blown away by Courtney and Nutrafol’s willingness to cancel the charge. A lot of subscription services are not as accommodating once the payment is processed. I was so impressed and told a few of my friends about what a great company Nutrafol is and how the companies courtesy helped ease some of the stress and pressure I was feeling. Courtney also sent me a lovely gift box of goodies, which was a complete surprise and really boosted my mood during an otherwise tumultuous time :)I am so impressed with Nutrafol’s customer service and grateful for the grace I was afforded. I’ll definitely continue to tell anyone who will listen about what a great company Nutrafol is to work with.
