You can tell the meals are prepared with care. The ingredients taste fresh and the packaging keeps everything in great condition. Heating them up is quick and they still taste like a proper meal.
I did another order with Nutrigenic as I think they have the best prep meals so far. I had an issue with the second delivery though and i wrote to the support but no answer for 3 days. When i was about to cancel, a new drop arrived and a refund too as they acknowledged it was their mistake. All good after that. They are small company but great potential. If you have an issue with them, be patient, they'll come back to you.
Nutrigenic was a complete disappointment. The food was dry, tasted awful, and had hardly any vegetables. Their Instagram ad made it look like they provided high-quality meals, but the reality was the exact opposite — poor ingredients and terrible food.To make it worse, some of the containers arrived broken, and I was put onto an 8-week plan without that being made clear. I only found out when more money was taken from my credit card and another delivery turned up. My second order didn’t even have ice pack in it!!!!I contacted them on WhatsApp and by email and got no response at all. Terrible food, terrible service, and a very misleading experience. Stay away from this company.
I’ve just received my package that was left outside of the apartment complex today. I’ve opened the box and the ice packs melted and the foods warm.The food is basically warm enough to eat. Unsure why there was one little ice pack for the time it needs to stay fresh…I’m used to a box with 4-5 ice packs which I thought was the norm??This is my first order after leaving Frive two weeks ago, my friend has orders from you and said it was better, so I switched.. not a good first impression. Have to give a shoutout to Nutrigenic Meal Prep. The food has been amazing every time – fresh, tasty, and makes eating healthy so much easier.You can really tell it’s a family-run business that cares about what they do. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great quality meals. Ps. The butter chicken is class
Nutrigenic is by far the best quality meal prep company. It is clear they initially had some small issues with DPD but the quality of the food is 10/10 and i haven't had any issues myself! Would recommend to anybody who wants to genuinely eat clean.
