Review Time
After receiving half of my first order I went online to cancel my subscription as Nutrigenic states you can cancel anytime but I was forced in to second week and there was no option to cancel from date I needed. I tried contacted customer service but had no answer even if they state they get back to you in 24 hours. I even tried live chats through WhatsApp that they have on their website and only got replay to use email supports which they don't replay to. Now I been charged for second week this morning for service I don't need. I'm moving away and food will be delivered to a door where no one live anymore. There is no option to change delivery address on your account too so I wasn't even able to get this delivered to someone who could be able to use all 14 meals that I been charged for. AVOID at any cost there is way more better companies that do care about their customers!I did contacted my bank for refund and UK customer Law for their actions on this. Finally they came back to me but haven't helped at all. They delivered 4 meals out of 14 from my week 2 order that I wanted to cancel and 10 meals will go to waste. Well spend over £100. Avoid at any cost!!!
I have to say the customer service team are a friendly bunch and the food tastes so good as if you have your own personal chef. I have tried a few other meal prep companies but the quality of NutriGenic meals doesn’t compare at all.
Firstly what l would say is the food is superb best I’ve had from any prep meal provider. That’s the good bit service and customer service is absolute crap! So the first half of my first order should have been here on Wednesday but was cancelled on the Thursday by dpd l was then told that you don’t get a refund but the order of 6 that failed would be delivered on top of the next order of 6 today which will be wasted as I’m not going to eat 12 meals in 3 days! Anyway it’s now Saturday day of delivery and received no delivery notification or anything at all from dpd and awaiting a reply again from Nutrigenic we will see what the outcome is and if l get any deliveries mad thing is they were rapid to take full payment of the second order and I’ve no even had my first order yet 😂😂
I’ve tried loads of different meal prep delivery services and always been really unimpressed with the quality of food and lack of taste. Until now, I can honestly say that Nutrigenic have got it spot on, the food is delivered fresh twice weekly in a high quality branded box and all meals in sturdy branded containers. No messy food leaks, the food is so tasty and I actually look forward to my meals. What a new year bonus to get eating healthy and still enjoy my food without the need to stand cooking every day/week (which I hate). By far the best!
