I had been a customer for nearly two years before being scammed out of my money. I ordered a truckload of general merchandise, but it turned out to be 75% Halloween items. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, but they showed no concern. After ordering another truckload, they delayed it for over a month, claiming it was accidentally double sold. I called daily for three weeks trying to get updates while my warehouse sat empty. Eventually, I spoke with the CEO, who was dishonest and made excuses. The company decided to pull all the manifested loads, including mine, and mixed them into a general merchandise order. After six weeks without inventory, the CEO did nothing to assist and even threatened to sue me if I left a negative review online. This business is dishonest and poorly managed. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
I received the “name brand” mystery box today and wasted nearly $300. The box contained only swimsuit tops without bottoms or incomplete two-piece sets. Additionally, the significantly better brands advertised were missing, except for one item. This has to be the most misleading purchase I have ever made. You claim around $7 per piece? Someone would be lucky to get $2 out of this merchandise. False advertising.
This company is a joke. I have contacted them six times over the last ten days with no response. All I receive is an email confirming they got my message. It has been five weeks since I ordered, and there has been no delivery. I have no one to talk to about it. I feel like I’m out $320. I filed a small claims case against them due to their lack of communication and service. Just a complete joke.
I purchased a truckload advertised as mixed general merchandise with high-value items. Instead, I received 90% leaking, heavy, oily auto parts, including counterfeit electronics. This is nothing like what was advertised. Their “AS-IS” excuse does not justify false advertising or selling unsafe and unsellable products. A total waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They sent me a mystery clothing box with no tags and many useless items. I tried to contact them, but they evaded my questions. I have photos of all the items they sent, and now I will dispute the charges with the bank.
