Review Time
Should’ve known better placed an order the end of July said it shipped August 6 still have not received my item that I purchased $100 later still waiting I’ve emailed and received nothing a complete scam and so are the reviews do not purchase from this website
I ordered a 3/4th 1911 with silencer. I put in an order almost a month ago. They gave me a tracking number for USPS doesn’t have. It says the label was created, but never shipped. I don’t believe they actually send anybody anything. I spent well over $100 and I don’t believe I’ll be seeing a single item. Well, that’s not true. I actually did get something a fraudulent charge on my credit card from whoever they sold my credit card info to.
I bought the 1:3 model for a friend, it did take about 3 weeks to arrive but my friend thinks this keychain is absolutely badass. Made of metal, not plastic, he fully disassembled it as soon as he got it and put it back together. He says his coworkers always ask him about his keychain and get mind blown when seeing how much detail is in his keychain. 10/10 would recommend to get for gun enthusiast.
I'd leave negative stars if I could. Where to start. Got the G17 "with supressor" well that was BS no suppressor, only 5 bullets not the 8 the box said it came with, box arrived damaged, reached out to customer care which is a bloody joke, the response times are unreal and not in a good way. When they did finally respond they said that they were sending my issue to a specialized team to handle my matter in a timely manner, that email was recieved on August 26th. I reached out to them every three days since trying to get my issues resolved only to recieve an email today from Brianna on their support team saying they put me in a spam file! Then she STILL had the nerve to ask me to leave a POSITIVE review to recieve SOME of the items I am missing from my original shipment. So not only am I not receiving the items MISSING from my shipment. The company tried to bribe me with missing items only saying they would ship them if I left a positive review. This company is TRASH. Will never be recommending them to anyone.
The product is of a good quality. It’s made from good materials and function really good, but I returned my product because it had little scratches and tiny dents straight out the box. The customer service is not great but it’s not bad. They were polite and understanding but the service was slow but they’ll eventually get to you. Nonetheless, great product but it isn’t for me as it’s just something you can figet with and the cool factor went away after a few days.
would rate 0 stars but 1 is the lowest this can go…Bought it and was pumped to get it but it never was delivered. never got any shipping updates. Emailed them multiple times and they took several days to respond and only did when I constantly followed up. waited over 60 days for them to finally tell me my order was “lost”. luckily I got my full refund back. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people who’ve attempted to buy from these people. don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it.these people are scammers.
