All i can say to everybody that wants to have a good quality in their materials but also a high end product this is the best place…The sipping was faster than I expected and don’t worry about any problems because the customer service is always there to help and fix any issues…P.S.Thanks again Brianna from NXMODELS TEAM ..!!
I placed an order with NX Models last December. After three months, I contacted them about the delivery status. they said they could deliver it before summer. As of today, I haven't received anything. I've emailed them several times about it and haven't been able to get in touch with them again. Furthermore, they didn't tell me anything about the status of the delivery, or when they'd have it back in stock. The website repeatedly stated they had it in stock, but unfortunately, no product. They also gave the excuse that it would be better to deliver the product later due to customs clearance to avoid any problems, which is completely absurd because it's just a toy. It seems like a mess, and I'm not happy about it. It seems more likely they're waiting until the expiration date to issue a credit card refund. So, keep in mind that if you order from them, you might end up going to the bank and not receiving the product.
Ordered the 1:2 size ak on 11/30/24. Since then I’ve send multiple emails asking for a an update and ultimately a refund, I’ve yet to receive any response at all. As you can see from all of the other reviews, this seems to be a common trend with these people.**DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM**
The item I got was good quality and exactly what I was hoping to receive. I am happy with my purchase, however the delivery time is just simply unacceptable. I purchased this on August 2nd with the intention of it being a gift for a friend for his bday on September 6th. Estimated time of delivery was expected no later than September 2nd, however my package didn’t arrive until late November. Brianna with customer service was very helpful, despite my frustration with the delivery delays
First off, the product is spectacular. I love the quality and detailing from end to end. I am blown away by the intricacies in its design and accuracy to the original. I field stripped it when I first got it and was having some difficulty putting back together (I apparently didn’t pay attention when I took it apart.) so I looked up how to reassemble the real unit, and it worked perfectly.Overall, the product is everything I hoped for.I ordered my product in November and it was shipped within a day or two. Unfortunately USPS managed to lose my package somewhere in between the airport and my house. I reached out to NXModels and they were great. Communication was a bit slow, but it was Christmas season so it’s understandable.When the model did arrive I (like many of the other reviewers here) thought I may have received the 1:2 scale vs the 3:4 scale I purchased. I once again reached out and received a great response showing how both sizes are labeled 1:2 on the front of the boxes, as it seems to be the “generic box” they use. But when you measure it and compare it versus the pictures on their website, and note the additional detailing on the rounds, you can tell it is indeed the right product.I had actually come to the realization that I had the right model before they responded, but they were so great in their responses I was blown away.Like I said, everything took some time, but I will totally be buying the other 3:4 model and may even buy some as gifts for my brother-in-law and co-worker.
Ordered a product from NXmodels on November 18th 2024. Received an estimated delivery date between dec. 7th -dec. 17th. Once the 17th of dec. arrived and I had not received my product, I went back to the tracking number to see if there was an updated estimated delivery date. There wasn't anything there. The estimated delivery date was gone. so, I sent NXmodel an email asking them if they could update me on a date I can expect my shipment. No response. A few more days later I sent another email asking them for some sort of estimated date. No response. Today I sent another email, I am not holding my breathe for a response. I was really hesitant to buy from NXmodels because of all the bad reviews I have read, but I did anyway. Hopefully I will receive my shipment soon. If I do, I will update my review. But as of now, terrible customer service and shipping time. Update: Since the estimated delivery date (7th dec-17th dec) disappeared on the 17th dec, I have sent 4 emails asking for help finding out what has happened to my order. All I have received is crickets. Not one response to any of my emails asking for help. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER received from a company. 11 days from when I sent the first email and have received nothing. I am going to ask my credit card company to charge back my purchase and tell them that this company is fraudulent I don't know how they stay in business with this kind of customer service and terrible shipping. Plus, I have updated my star review to 1 because of the no response in 11 days.Update 28 Dec: So my son (13 yrs old) asked me for the tracking number to his present he DID not receive for Christmas. He sent them an email and got a response the SAME DAY!!!! I have sent 4 emails over the last 11 days with NOT ONE response. Pathetic. He was told that the AK-47 that we ordered was new to their line and they are having issues with customs. Customs is inspecting them very close to make sure they are not actual firing guns. (LOL). So NXmodels says that we should receive it sometime by the end of January into February. How sad. One good thing about it, it sounds like they are really well made if customs has to inspect them very closely to make sure they aren't real. Will up the star rating to 2 since they did get back to my son. Still mad they won't reply to me. it will be over 2 months I will have waited for this product if I receive it by January 18th. Update 02 Jan 2025: Still no response from customer service. I agree with one of the other reviewers, all the positive reviews about customer support are bogus. Fake. How can a person send 4 e-mails in 2 weeks and not get a response? I mean really? I just want to know what is going on with my order. Simple. Very poor customer service. Going back to 1 star until I get a response. Update 04 Jan. 2025: My son received an email from NXMODELS.COM today telling him to have me use this email - support @nxmodels.com. So I did. Now I am going to see what happens. The other emails I sent, I used their "contact us" link on their website. I have had no response from them by using it. I believe what the problem is, their "contact us" link is not working properly and is either not sending the message or is sending them straight to spam. If that is what is wrong and that is why i am not receiving any response back from them, they REALLY need to fix it. Will update my rating once this is all resolved.update 06 Jan 2025: I did exactly what they told my son for me to do in the email they sent him and it has been going on 3 days and STILL no response to my emails. Now it shows it FINALLY in transit (just leaving China). When/If we receive the product, I will update my review to a 3. But that is as far as I will go. I have sent 6 emails with zero response but they respond to my sons emails. It doesn't make any sense. They really need to fix their problem. Seems to me they only respond to some customers and not the others. Here is my theory, one person owns NXMODELS (Brianna). She takes the orders and sends them off (via email) to whoever is making the product. That's all she does. She will answer some emails but can't handle all the emails she receives and blames it on the customer saying that we sent to many emails and her email automatically marks it as spam. That is total bull crap. I read all the reviews and I specifically sent one email and waited 3 days before sending another. Then I sent another email and again, waited 3 days before I sent another. So she can't give me that excuse. Like I have been saying the whole time. TERRIBLE customer service. From the reviews, I'm sure the product will be awesome. I would just like to finally get it. Get your shit together Brianna.updated 25 Mar 2025 : BRIANNA cancelled my order after 4 1/2 month's. Good. I will never purchase anything through you. Keep up the great customer support and you will fail. This was all your fault B.
The models offered by this shop are genuine from Alloy Army / Alloy Empire and by that have amazing quality and level of detail.Contacting the shop by mail was a pleasant experience as well.They even looked into enabling shipping to Germany for me (which is working flawless).Whenever they get new 3:4 models I'll instantly order whatever it may be.
