I ordered one of their smaller models and waited three full months for delivery. I reached out multiple times via email, and although they cited tax issues affecting shipments, I'm not sure that's true. Eventually, I requested a refund, which they processed, but then they tried to withdraw the money again. This feels like a scam—I'd advise against purchasing from them.
I placed an order for a 3/4 size model and, as shown in the video, there seems to be an issue. I disassembled and reassembled it following your guides, but it still doesn't work right out of the box. I have tried reaching out via email and sent a video demonstrating the problem but haven't received any response. Please assist!
My experience with the service was outstanding—5 stars all the way! For my subsequent orders, the same quality. This company is truly the best! Communication was faster than with my friends. I wish they had checked my email before dispatching so I could change the size. Now I'll need to return it and wait for a new order. They seem to have efficient automated systems for order confirmation, but customer service appears lacking.
