Review Time
I was skeptical and became worried when I saw some negative reviews about their product not arriving at all or not up to quality. My gold 1911 came in and I inspected it and everything works and functions which made me happy.
I bought the 3:4 barreta model, its over 15 days now and absolutly NOTHING, even from the support mails. On the website it doesnt even say its send. It should already arrived since i am located in europe. I want a respons on my emails and why it isnt even send.Update: apperently my shipment was delayed due to stricter regulations in my country (netherlands). I did not get informed about this, wich I would have appreciated. They did offer me a refund and I got my money back. Friendly service but SLOW
Ordered 1:2 M4A1 model and 1:2 Beretta model on the 18th of December, no tracking info or number, no response from customer support. Not expecting the models to arrive for a couple of months. Will update this review over my experience.29/12/2024 - Surprisingly support responded asking for an order number in order to track the package. 4/01/2025 - Support responded saying there is a delay due to customs in Australia. Also said it may take up to Feb or even March however they offered a full refund which I chose. Apparently I got an email saying there was a delay when I ordered it and I didn’t even know it. I’m increasing the review because support was helpful, however I’ll still keep it low because I haven’t got the product.11/01/2025 - Refund has been initiated and funds are pending to return into my bank account.
I’m extremely concerned about this site, they must have some sort of algorithms that watches if u put any details in even if u don’t press accept or send, all I done was put my email address and address and thought it was pointless so before I pressed accept or send to sign up I deleted my details off the page and thought nothing of it, but then about an hour after I came off the site I had an email from them saying why did u leave we have something inside for you, I didn’t sign up or even give them permission to use my email address. That data protection and data theft, put me right off
Ordered Nov 29th and took longer than expected to receive. After some time I was finally contacted by Brianna who explained their issue with backlog and customs. The gun was finally received and the quality is very good. My son was very happy with how realistic it is.
Ordered a 3:4 Beretta from Nxmodels.Firstly I would like to say I wasn’t fully confident my order would even arrive as I live in GB and we don’t have anything like this here. So I took a chance as the models looked outstanding. I read many reviews which stated the delivery times were lengthy, so I didn’t have high expectations of it coming anytime soon.I received an email stating the date that it was due to arrive and to my surprise it arrived on that very day. The product was exactly as described and I was extremely happy with the quality and function of the model. It might take these guys a good few days to answer emails and the delivery times may be lengthy but at the end of the day you get the product you paid for if you have a little patience. And believe me, it’s worth the wait. I’ll definitely be adding to my collection soon.
Made a change request from black to silver on my 1911 via email, and although I did not receive an answer right away the change was made.92FS came without magazine, I reported it and I received a magazine. I am very satisfied with my transaction.
