Dont buy ticket here.I bought a bus ticket in this company. However, the bus company didn't accept my ticket. The driver said there should be an QR code for my ticket (which my ticket does not have one) and scan that QR code when I get into the bus. Now i have to buy tickets on the bus again.
I booked a Metro bus ticket with them. Unfortunately I booked it the wrong way - from Goreme to Konya. I should have booked it Konya to Goreme as I was in Konya. I realized my mistake 1 hour before. Metro Bus flatly refused to change or refund. Trying to get through to Obilet was next to impossible - tried chatting online, phoning, nothing. Had to buy another 2 tickets with another bus company
The process of purchasing tickets through Obilet was straightforward, and I appreciated how quickly they responded to my emails and messages. However, their handling of issues is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of responsibility.I had a refund issue with tickets purchased through Obilet for a journey with Metro Turizm. When I reached out to Obilet for help, they said that "Metro Turizm handles both travel complaints and refunds within its own organization," and that Obilet had "no outside intervention." Essentially, I was told to contact Metro Turizm directly.After two months of countless emails, messages, and attempts to contact Metro Turizm (most of which were ignored), I finally received my refund. While I’m relieved the matter is resolved, I feel let down by Obilet’s approach. As a customer, I purchased the tickets through their platform and expected them to take responsibility for ensuring proper support. Instead, I was left to deal with another party entirely, wasting significant time and energy.If Obilet wants to build trust with its customers, it needs to take ownership of issues and actively assist in resolving them, rather than simply passing the problem off to another company.
