This company shows no concern for the people who contribute to their revenue! I listed a car at a low price due to urgency, but someone flagged my ad. The platform removed my ad and closed my account without verifying the claims, even though everything was in order. They also blocked my phone number. I submitted a ticket a week ago, and there's been no response. They continue to ask if the issue is resolved and if they can close the ticket without investigating. Their customer service is a joke, constantly trying to dismiss the problem. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a response, and when someone finally connected, they closed the interaction after two minutes because I wasn't responding. THIS COMPANY IS HEARTLESS!
They collect payment for the product from the buyer but never return it to the seller. My money is stuck with them, and they’re not a financial institution! They hold onto the funds indefinitely, possibly forever, even though that money doesn’t belong to them! It's a total scam! Would you dare to try it?
They forced me to provide my bank details to sell a product with delivery and receive payment via bank transfer. The buyer picked up the item two days ago, but the payment is nowhere to be seen, and it doesn't even appear in my pending transactions.
