I have to say my experience with Oh So Cherised couldnt habe been any better, Beverly was fantastic and helped through a difficult stressful time i couldnt praise her help any higher, she was very professional and her compassion was brilliant, thank you for all your help and a beautiful memorial book.
Haven’t received the product yet but I am so happy with the customer service from this company. After I ordered from ‘not on the high street’ I couldn’t get access to the order as I didn’t have an account. Phoned oh so cherished this morning and it’s all sorted now. Got an email from Bev letting me know that they received my special request straight away. Look forward to my delivery!

Amazing personal service! Tge order arrived as promised the next day and the product quality was excellent and in beautiful packaging. Thank so for making a very difficult time, a little easier.
I ordered a personalised Champagne flute but the message was incorrect. I contacted Bev who was extremely helpful, and within days I received another flute with the correct message and another change that I had requested as an extra! Lovely gift and fab service...very happy customer!
I ordered a key ring with a personal inscription, for my partner's birthday, it arrived promptly but unfortunately the inscription was inaccurate. I contacted Oh So Cherished, spoke to a lovely lady and within days I had a new key king with the correct inscription delivered. Can't fault how this my order and hiccup was dealt with, staff were polite and very helpful, I'm a happy customer and I know my partner will love it :). Thank you.
