Excellent! I cannot rate more highly. I made a stupid error with a spelling mistake for baby name which was picked up by them where they checked with me before actioning my order. How amazing! Really fast service and shippping too. Quality of the product is awesome.
I ordered a personalised condolence book recently. It arrived in two days (which was impressive in itself) but the product itself was beautiful and packaged so nicely. The card with the comforting words was a really nice touch. Thank you so much for a great service and wonderful product.
I ordered a personalised condolences book and it wasn't a straightforward order as the text was in Polish. Right from the first enquiry, responses were prompt and helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this company, and even when I forgot to add the person's name to my message (luckily, I noticed before the book was produced!) they dealt with me professionally, sensitively and patiently at all times. I never felt like I was being a nuisance asking for something to be changed; they always had time for me and responses were always really considerate - whether by e-mail or phone. I highly recommend them and they can be completely trusted even when things don't go according to plan! The item was beautiful too - the example product photo didn't do it justice - and arrived the next day, carefully packed with a lovely note of sympathy enclosed. I can't praise them enough and if there had been more stars I would have given them 10!
I had a problem with the clasp becoming detached on a beautiful personalised knot bracelet given to me by my daughter on her wedding day. Bev sorted out it out for me without the need to involve my daughter, who now lives abroad, and got it back to me in time for me to visit her.Great customer service, I really rate highly any business who sorts out a problem so quickly and effectively.Many thanks Bev
