Absolutely insanely bad customer service and product. I ordered a locket from here for my mums birthday. When it came the quality was god awful and wouldn't even close? I emailed asking for a refund which they replied to, asking to send it back, which I did. Now I have had no response from them after sending multiple emails (sent the package back over 3 weeks ago!) and no refund
I have had no response from my emails regarding a bracelet purchased for me by my mother. The quality of the bracelet was substandard, I sent the bracelet back as requested by the company but I have never received a bracelet back or any refund. To me this us theft on their part. They are now ignoring my emails. Very poor customer service 99800
Ordered a baby bracelet and advised 3-4 working days and 2 days delivery. I was advised the order had been dispatched. Queried it again after not receiving(was advised I would get it on the saturday) to be told they were now waiting on the birthstone and provided with a tracking number. After reviewing the tracking number since Tuesday (we are now saturday) and it still hasn't been dispatched. I emailed 2 days ago for some information and not received a response. Really disappointing customer service and I worry I am not going to recieve the bracelet after ordering 2 weeks ago!
