Unsatisfactory customer service

The company's customer service is lacking; I would advise against using them. I emailed for an estimate to repair and rewax a jacket, provided the requested pictures, and followed up multiple times without a response. Their lack of communication raises concerns about their work quality. It's frustrating that they don't have a phone for inquiries. Before addressing my comments, perhaps consider training for the staff.

Revitalized my vintage jacket

My questions regarding the best treatments for my jacket were answered promptly. This jacket is over 30 years old and had never been cleaned before. I opted for an enzyme clean and rewax/proof and sent it off. Upon return, the lining looked fresh and the exterior regained much of its original color while still retaining its ‘worn-in’ character. Excellent work from the service team.

My old wax jacket was stitched and rewaxed - the service team did a fantastic job. It takes time, so plan ahead (i.e., get it done in the summer), but it's worth the wait.

The rewaxed jacket turned out really well and looks like new. However, the laundered treatment and rewaxed jacket looks okay but not as impressive as I expected; it still appears somewhat dull.
