Got the shoes as a Christmas present for my husband. He absolutely loves the shoes but they are too small. Ordered his normal size but have to return to get a bigger size. Size chart says “true to size” but it seems they might run a little small. Hoping the return will go smoothly since he really wants them!
One of the shoes just doesn’t feel right. the quality is the issue unfortunately.Thank you for finally responding, somewhat 6 weeks after my correspondence. So, does this mean you don't have a return policy for me? After I explained that one shoe was faulty and purchasing 2 pairs of your product - i look forward to a more responsive and supportive response. FYI i sent emails and no one responded, hence why I am using the review platform.
I bough a pair of shoes during sales and when I asked for a change in size (same model and same color) I had to pay the difference as a new purchase. Also I asked to change the shipping address and nobody even responded my email. This is was my 4th and last purchase.
Catherine in Customer Support was great when I needed to exchange a product for a different color vs. a different size which is only what the website offers. She made the experience very easy although OC should update the website to provide for this method of exchange. However, Catherine was so pleasant to work with I would order again from OC.
