It has been over a month and I’m still waiting on my refund. I am accused of wearing shoes which I never did because I did not fit into them as bought another pair so now I’ve spent over $650 to you guys and still waiting on 400 to be refunded. I will never buy anything or recommend you guys. You will be hearing from my lawyer soon if this is not resolved. !!!

Top Notch Sneakers!!!

I own two pairs so far. I love the quality and feel of the leather. They look even better in person. They are extremely comfortable and when I am wearing them, I always get compliments on them.I can't wait to order my next pair. I love my Oliver Cabell's.Ernie

Terrible experience

Did not receive wipes with my distressed kit. Duties still had to be paid on my order despite using the coupon code that was advertised otherwise. This was after waiting over a month for the order to arrive. No reply from customer service for over a week

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! These clowns sold me a pair of $300 shoes. When I received the shoes, it looked like they went through a vice with 3 big marks on EACH shoe in the EXACT same places. It also looked like they then tried to paint over the shoe to hide the defects. The shoes looked ridiculous. When I asked for a return they actually tried to gas light me & tell me their “artisans” in Italy planned it that way and refused to take back the shoes without charging me $15 -$35 in return fees plus original shipping costs -over $50!These guys do not back their product and should not be in the $300-$400 shoe business. I will go to Nordstrom next time. They will gladly take my $300 and gladly back their products. What a joke!

I wrote a bad review and wanted to delete and write a new one. I couldn't give 5 stars completely because it did take me quite a bit of time to get in touch with a customer care team member. So that's definitely an issue they need to work on. I had ordered a shoe that was not in stock. I got it as a Christmas gift. It took weeks to hear back which had me worried maybe I had been scammed out of $300. We all know shopping with a new company online can make you anxious. However, after a few weeks of desperate email attempts, they finally reached back out. They were very kind and explained what had happened with my order. Offered me a different pair which I accepted. But right before before the shipping, the original pair I had ordered came back in stock. So my order will be here in time for Christmas. Which is all I really wanted. So I can claim the company did not scam me. As far as quality of shoe, I am assuming is good. If not, I will come back to say so.

I found the shoes not wearable

I found the shoes not wearable. Sole was not ply able, weight was very heavy . It was unfortunate as they looked terrific.
