Do not buy shoes from this company

Do not buy shoes from this company. The shoes arrived as expected but I needed to return them since they were uncomfortable. FedEx tracking confirms the shoes were delivered to their facility. It has been a month and a few emails. Today they replied, “the shoes haven’t been processed yet even though FedEx says it’s been delivered. Please be patient”. The website also states returns will occur 15-20 business days after the shoes have been determined returnable. It’s well past the time frame and they haven’t “processed” the shoes. Unacceptable.

It literally took them 9 months to…

It literally took them 9 months to deliver my order from the time I ordered it. It was like some sort of joke. I had completely forgotten about it. LOL.

Do not expect the comfort of an Italian shoe.

I got this shoe a while back. However, I didn't find them comfortable. So, unfortunately, I don't think it was a good purchase for me.
