Difficult refund process, still waiting.

I have emailed twice in regard to my refund for a pair of returned shoes. I have confirmed that they have been delivered to you a week ago and I have not been refunded yet or received any response to either of my emails.

UNHAPPY

I wanted to exchange my shoes for a size less and I have been unable to do so. The website does not allow exchanges, only returns, and I did not get a clear answer in the mail when I asked. Now I had to return the shoes and ask for a gift card instead of a refund because otherwise I lost $35 in fees. So now I have to pay double shipping again when I buy my new shoes which is a bundle.

+ Quality- leather is too tough and takes time to adjust to feet- design with "used & dirty" look not as pleasing IRL- design of the shoe is not good for functionality. the shoe is too low, grip is bad if the shoe doesnt fit perfectly
