Exercise caution with this brand. If you decide to purchase, do so in-store. No refunds and extremely long wait times. I've been waiting for four months and still haven’t received my order. It's unacceptable to wait this long for shoes. I placed my order on September 18, and we are nearing four months for delivery.
I had high hopes for these shoes. The marketing led me to believe they would be of high quality, but they felt cheap. The interior mesh was subpar, making them feel like a $30 pair from a discount store, albeit with a better design. They were uncomfortable to wear. Initially, they look appealing, but upon closer inspection, the quality is lacking. Additionally, you can't even leave a review on their website, which is a concerning sign. Save your money and consider other options.
It took six weeks to receive my order, and the quality is extremely disappointing. They feel like they could tear easily, and there are visible glue marks all over the leather. I'm very unsatisfied and doubt their quality assurances.

While they have responded, the resolution process has been too slow for a mistake they made. I am requesting a full refund, including all delivery charges and fees, or an immediate exchange for the correct size. I expect a prompt resolution. Very disappointing for a premium brand.
