Disappointing service and product

False statements in the website about delivery time (5-7 days) when in fact it took several weeks. Customer service tried to explain that if you took out holidays and weekends, it could be several weeks and still count as 7 days. Then asked me for sympathy because it’s a small new company. When the shoes arrived they were terribly uncomfortable and unwearable

I was made to pay a huge additional…

I was made to pay a huge additional charge that was not mentioned before I picked my shoes at the post office. I consider this a huge scam as the total cost of the shoes was way more than advertised. Not taking into account, the fact that the sale price was already so huge for a non designer brand. I am completely disappointed in the product and the price I hade to pay for it. The only reason why I did not return it was because I would incur more cost doing so.

Worst service I've ever experienced

Worst service I've ever experienced. I sent back my shoes, and they never exchanged them, as they couldn't find them. Would never order from them again.
