Our learning tower was shipped the same day despite us paying for standard delivery. And we are really pleased with it. The instructions to put it together weren't very clear / helpful, but we completely missed the QR code on the front page which said scan this for simple instructions. So that's partly our fault. But the tower is great.

I paid £40.13 for a baby gate, extension and p&p. I loved the gate mesh design unfortunately though, these didn’t come with sticky pads as standard like most baby gates therefore it didn’t secure well to my wall and my children kept knocking it off the wall, I tried to use the extension and it wouldn’t fit at all. I rung Oliver Babycare to explain this who then told me that the sticky pads are sold separately and that I would have to pay more money. I decided to return the product as it wasn’t secure due to lack of sticky pads. I sent the item back using brown tape, I secured the item well, made sure I kept all the original packaging. I was told I would have to pay the return fee as they didn’t class this as a faulty product. I paid £13.45 to send it back so lost money straight away. When they got their gate back I was expecting a full refund p&p including which was the £40.13 I paid, not only did they not refund my p&p cost, they told me due to using brown tape they are deducting a further 10% as they can’t sell it as new, only 2nd hand. I wasn’t happy about this, I have only been refunded £30.78, not only have I lost out on £13.45 due to posting this back to them, I have also lost a further £9.35, paying out £22.80 in total! Avoid!!
