I had an issue with my delivery, through no fault of Oliver’s Baby Care, but Abi in customer services was amazing and rectified the situation quickly. She was really attentive and ensured the issue was resolved and kept in great communication with me throughout. I received my furniture a couple of days later than expected however it is perfect and I got a great price too!

This was my first purchase with Oliver’s Baby Care, and their customer service has been excellent. Very fast delivery, great customer communication. I unfortunately had to return my item as it didn’t suit my comfort, and the return process was so easy - they arranged a return collection for the next working day. Very happy with their service.
