ordered 2 items from the website, 21/7/25 one arrived, still waiting for the other. numerous emails sent, but the response is there very busy at the moment, !!! Not surprised after reading the reviews. obviously answering all the complaints
I ordered 2 pieces in July and STILL there is NOTHING, except BS excuses and lies.There is NO advice or NO IDEA when the items will be made and or delivered.I am going to write to ACCC and make formal complaint.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VERY VERY POOR VENDOR.They ONLY excel at ripping you off !!!***UPDATE AUG 23rdStill no delivery. Contacted my bank and have disputed transaction and charges.PLEASE.. LEARN FROM MY SILLY MISTAKE .. AVOID THIS RORT OF A PATHETIC COMPANY ..
I purchased a one for one deal (closing down). I only received the ring but not the free bracelet. When clearly the invoice say free . When email, they claim the free item got lost and that is the only item left. Liars! How can you send two item, package arrived intact but only one included. And the supposed missing item which is sold out is still available. The ring is also poorly made. The stones spurn. This company is a big scam!
A terrible buying experience stay away! Can't stress enough what a scam this is. The ring I ordered was supposed to be £100 down to £40.99 because of a closing down sale. When the ring arrived it was in a clear bag and looked so cheap. Definitely not worth the money. This company doesn't answer texts or email either. Keep your money people!

WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY!!!!The Bracelet I ordered was nice in pictures but when I received it, the bracelet is clearly for children and not for an adult, It is very tight fitting, I sent and email to customer service and Mary advised that the bracelet was customized and could not be returned - I advised them that just because an initial was added to the bracelet, how can this be considered customized. I did not want to return it but simply wanted some links added to it. They said that they were not able to do this as it would comprise its integrity!!!!!!!!!!!!This bracelet was a gift for a special person at work. I definitely look bad in front of my peers for ordering such an EMBARRASSING GIFT!
I bought this ring and thought it would last forever, one day I was shopping and it randomly broke in half. I took a picture and sent it to customer support, Mary replied back at first she wanted to issue me a replacement and then she did her "checks" and she refused me a refund and a replacement because she claims that they already sent me 2 replacements. But I only received one replacement. I HAVE PICTURES OF THIS PLEASE DO NOT BUY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF I COULD GIVE MINUS ONE STAR I WOULD, THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY RATINGS
