Scammers in China

Ordered and paid, never despatched. 3 emails sent, all 2 weeks apart asking for reason why. Every response automated and no resolution to failed order/delivery. Avoid at all costs, this is Chinese scam

Beware of Olivia Jewelry and their real return policy

Their return policy states you are responsible for return shipping costs. What they don't reveal is that you have to return it to Australia. The cost for a return from the US to Australia is more than the jewelry I purchased.

Olivia's gems rip off

I ordered 4 pairs of earrings from this company in July. Looked amazing great value for money as the business is closing down. It has taken from the 18/07/25 until today 08/08/25 to arrive. Very poor tracking available. My order arrived in a cheap plastic bag and a battered box. They were supposed to be gold or silver which they are not one pair was supposed to be opal another absolute lie and one pair was meant to be crystal again a lie plastic or maybe resin. Do not buy anything from this scam of a website. My bad for being such an idiot. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off.

Item advertised as buy one get one free. Only 1 arrived. Contacted them they asked for my details which is strange since they sent me an email and item sent to my address! They asked for my order number and said they couldn’t do anything without it! Delay tactics! But I persevered and located the order number on one of their emails to me! They then stated that they could not honour the promotion as I had only ordered 1…!!! SOUNDS VERY MUCH LIKE A SCAM!!

Stay clear do not buy.

I received my order a bracelet with my birthstone on it. For starters it took forever to arrive and when it did the birthstone was nothing like aquamarine which is a very light blue it was a bright blue. I advised the company that I wasn't happy and they said that it was personalised so I couldn't return it. If it wasn't for the fact this company I am sure is Chinese I would contest it but it will be a waste of time. I just want everyone to know this is cheap tat and you should stay clear at all costs.

Very dissapointed with the customer…

Very dissapointed with the customer service. Cannot return the goods, even tho it clearly says returns are accepted, hence I've decided to order and see in real life if the jewellery will go with my stack, but unfortunately quality was too poor to wear it.

Do not buy from this company. Still waiting on jewelry and they said there are no refunds. Wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchasing. Lame that companies do this.....

How to get a refund from Olivia Jewelry

I ordered a bracelet with two clip on charms. After two weeks there was no shipping info so asked to cancel the order. A lady called Mary advised that the item was custom made and production of my item had started so I could not cancel. Mary must be the only person working in customer service as it seems she contacts everyone.... or there is a full team of people who use the name Mary for the communication. Anyway, I emailed them and advised that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel an order before it's shipped, and you have a right to cancel most online purchases from the moment you place the order up to 14 days after receiving the goods. I also advised that at no point did they take measurements from me for any customisation which is required for custom jewellery. I also advised that I had informed my bank and reported their communication to scamwatch.gov.au and that any attempt to deliver the item would be rejected - within 24 hours I had an email back from the lovely Mary to advise my order was cancelled and the refund processed. I hope this information is helpful to others who are trying to deal with this scam organisation.
