I saw these online and loved the " Be Kind" necklaces I ordered 6 for my office mates but when they arrived you could barely see the inscription. I reached out to start a refund and I was sent an address only no label to print. The address to ship them was to Australia, it cost me 73.04 US dollars. I reached out to the company I had the international shipping slip with their address, receipt and order info. I also had the confirmation number from shipping the order with a confirmation of delivery to the address given to me. They insisted that they never arrived to their warehouse even though I had proof, they eventually got the refund for the inferior necklaces but return shipping is not included. I buy everything online and don't mind paying return but had no idea it was international shipping. Analisa in their customer service was very kind, but this ordeal has taken many many emails just to get refunded and in their return policy they don't tell you that it's going to cost a fortune to ship to Australia and if I didn't have all of my proof of delivery I don't think I would have been reimbursed for the necklaces. In their return policies the customer needs to be prepared to pay more than half of the price of the cost of goods. As nice as customer service was I'm still out the 73.00 for USPS and I had read that I had to pay return shipping but international shipping was not posted, unless I missed it. Necklaces were inferior and couldn't be read. I placed the order on October 4, 2024 and I'm still waiting for more responses from Olivia Jewelry
