Purchased for a Christmas gift and was disappointed. Very poor quality. The jewelry looked cheap and nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, I was told there are no returns—only a 25% off coupon for a future purchase. Offering a discount to spend more money after sending a low-quality product is not customer service.This company does not stand behind its products. Buyer beware.
Terrible company! Don’t waste your money. This product broke in three days after wearing it. It’s cheap looking and is not worth the money and I’m trying to get a refund from the company and they will not refund me or send me a return label and they want me to ship back to Australia from the US do not waste your time with this any any product from this company.
The bracelet received was not what was advertised. I ordered a ‘ball’ style chain but got linked and the colour has copper tones, definitely looks cheap. The fastener isn’t what was advertised either and is flimsy . Definitely won’t be buying anything else! Don’t waste your money it’s cheap tat at best
I really wish I’d checked out the reviews on this company before purchasing. All their pre-sale advertising and their website makes it look like a professional business selling quality jewellery items and sadly I was sucked in. I ordered one of the personalised bracelets. It took almost a month to arrive and the bracelet is such poor quality - it actually looks like something you would get out of a Christmas cracker! The bracelet is elasticated, it’s so big and there’s no way of adjusting it! It looks and feels like it’s made from plastic. It was bought as a gift but there’s no way I’d give this as a present to anyone! This company needs reporting as it’s a scam and ripping people off!
Absolute rubbish. Sent wrong item. Want me to pay shipping which incidentally costs 4 times as much as they charged. Reported them to credit card company. They are selling cheap nasty rubbish , not what is advertised. Ordered 7th Dec delivered wrong item after christmas. Customer service is awful . Avoid
Ordered 2 necklaces as Christmas gifts. Both arrived and one was wrong. They got the name misspelled. I checked my order to see if I made the mistake and it was not on my end. My initial communication for help with this was positive. However, i quickly realized this was just to make me feel good. After my second communication to Angelie, I realized these are all automated messages and it's now been over a week with no updates and I've reached out since an additional 2 times.
I ordered a bracelet for a friend birthday on the 25th of November and it is 1st of February and it still hasn't been delivered.They are scam and I don't think they have any intention from deliver the item. Please don't order from them. I lost 40£ which is upsetting. And the saddest thing is that my friend never got her present. They have also lied about the delivery twice. I have also read in their reviews that the products quality is poor. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
