I love the Customer Service! Multiple times I’ve had to change my dogs subscription order and the help is incredibly responsive! My dog is very finicky. We have had to try every dog food brand and she is so excited for every meal. Plus she’s lost weight, which is what we were striving for. It’s nice knowing that we have healthy food with all natural ingredients. Thank you. OLLIE.:)❤️
We love Ollie!! My dog very much enjoys the food and I love the simplicity and quality of ingredients. Milo is a boxer mix and has their common issues with allergies/skin irritation. I have seen a huge improvement since I started feeding Ollie a little over a month ago.He is also on a diet, so I reached out to customer service with some questions and even asked them to check my math 😬 They were amazingly helpful and gave me some great information and options so Milo can stay on track with his weight loss. I have noticed he's feeling more full on Ollie than he was on his special RX hydrolized pea protein satiety food.Milo needed blood drawn last week and normally he has good results but there's always something the vet explains or has us work on (often things that indicate dehydration). This time she messaged and her only comment about his bloodwork was "looks FANTASTIC, no concerns" And I know the difference is Ollie.
From the puptainer and scoop to the Valentine bowl, branding? Elite. Food quality? Very impressive. Major bonus points for caring enough to create the free health screening on the Ollie app 🐶📲And customer service team is super efficient and helpful!
I just wanted to share how grateful I am for Ollie’s baked oven beef & sweet potatoes recipe — it’s the only formula that truly works for my pups. It agrees with their tummy, they love the taste, and I feel good knowing they’re getting quality ingredients.Living in Hawai‘i, the only way we’re able to get Ollie is through Petco here, so I’m especially thankful that the baked line will continue to be carried at Petco Hawai‘i locations. That means everything to us!Please continue supporting your Hawai‘i customers — we love Ollie and truly depend on it for our fur babies. 🐾💛
We received the package today. Containing different dog food, a bag of treats, a heart shaped bowl, and a container to hold a bag of food once opened.Lucy Jean seemed to know the box was for her, because when I brought the box inside, she wouldn’t leave my side. She absolutely loves the treats!
I have tried two other fresh dog food companies and Ollie is superior to both. The packing of the food and the packing of the box is top notch. My boys have liked the beef, chicken and lamb. They have allergies so the lamb seems to work best for them.
I will make this brief - What a Classy operation. The food and customer service has always been outstanding, but what was most impressive was Ollie's response the day we decided to euthanize our beloved Charlie. I called on a Friday to cancel the account as we had decided to euthanizeour dog the following Sunday. Knowing my delivery was to arrive any day I was hoping to catch it before incurring the fee. I called, Ollie informed me that the order had already shipped andwas to arrive that day. And then they gracioulsy credited my account for the entire shipment. I was able to pass along an entire months worth of food to another family (that I am sure will now be an Ollie client). They did not have to do this as this is an incredible expense for them.And then to top it off, today I received a very kind note expressing their sympathy, and notice that they made a donation to Marley's Mutt's in honor of our girl.I just cannot express enough how impressed I am with Ollie.
